Jay W. Ricketts has been a partner at the firm since 1975.  He was in the first group of matrimonial attorneys in Erie County, New York to engage in extensive divorce mediation training.  For nearly 14 years, Mr. Ricketts taught the legal portion of the real estate brokers and agents course for what is now the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors.  He was honorably discharged as a captain in the United States Army.
